Using an emerging tool in multidistrict litigation to promote younger and less-experienced lawyers, a federal judge in Pennsylvania appointed five attorneys to a “leadership development committee” in lawsuits against SoClean Inc.

Senior U.S. District Judge Joy Flowers Conti of the Western District of Pennsylvania previously appointed a similar committee in the multidistrict litigation over CPAP and other breathing machines recalled by Philips.
