A jury has awarded $1 million to a woman who suffered severe nerve damage as a result of a rear-end collision.

The award was handed up Wednesday before Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Angelo Foglietta. The jury deliberating in the case, Bell v. O’Neill, awarded the plaintiff, Natiesha Bell, $700,000 in economic damages and $300,000 in pain and suffering.
