Elected and Appointed
Roberta Liebenberg, senior partner at Fine, Kaplan and Black in Philadelphia, was appointed and recently served as co-chair of the practitioners reading group for the American Bar Association's standing committee on the Federal Judiciary in connection with its evaluation of the nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.
Liebenberg previously served as co-chair of the ABA's practitioners reading groups for the nominations of Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court and is a prior chair of the standing committee, which evaluates the professional qualifications of federal court nominees.
Liebenberg focuses her practice on class actions, antitrust and complex commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense.
