Hanesbrands was sued Wednesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over the accessibility of its website. The suit, filed by Carlson Brown and Lynch Carpenter LLP on behalf of Robert Jahoda, contends that the defendant's website denies full access to blind and visually impaired individuals. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00669, Jahoda v. Hanesbrands Inc.
