With Pennsylvania’s primary election just a week away and Duane Morris partner Bill McSwain vying for the Republican nomination for governor, his firm is joined by Cozen O’Connor and McNees Wallace & Nurick as the top law firm donors to that race as well as contests for other posts in state government.

State political action committees for Cozen O’Connor, Duane Morris and McNees have contributed $160,391, $131,350 and $120,508 so far this year, respectively, according to campaign finance reports disclosed by the Pennsylvania Department of State. The three firms also topped their peers for the full 2021 year, when Cozen O’Connor contributed $550,059, Duane Morris $391,811 and McNees $210,802.
