The co-leader of Ballard Spahr's health care group has relocated to Holland & Knight, where he hopes to leverage the larger firm's resources to compete with other Am Law 50 firms expanding in the Northeast.
After practicing at Ballard Spahr for seven years, the last two co-leading the health care group, mergers and acquisitions lawyer John Devine on March 14 started practicing at Holland & Knight, the firm announced this week. Devine said he concluded his tenure at Ballard Spahr on March 11.
