The only way to deal with the overcommunication is to regularly respond and regularly bill for all time spent.
I have several clients who email me constantly, sometimes five, 10, 15 times per day, plus multiple phone calls. How do I handle this situation?
This writer is perhaps the wrong one to pose that question to. Unlike younger lawyers who seem to thrive on emails, either by their phones or their computers or however they communicate, this writer has another viewpoint.
