Jeffrey M. Scott and Tanneika Minott of Archer & Greiner have entered appearances for Delaware County and Warden Laura Williams in a pending lawsuit over alleged violations of the ADA. The action, filed April 8 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania; Lambda Legal Defense Fund and attorney Scott A. Schoettes, pursues claims on behalf of an HIV-positive inmate who claims that he was wrongly denied a work assignment based on his diagnosis and that prison officials failed to keep his medical condition confidential.
