Derek Smith Law Group’s Ian Bryson secured a $1 million verdict for two former Philadelphia police officers who accused the city of retaliating against them for reporting sexual harassment they said they experienced while working at the Philadelphia Police Department.

Bryson said testimony from Philadelphia controller Rebecca Rhynhart was instrumental in demonstrating that not only did Audra McCowan and Jennifer Allen experience a hostile work environment, but that the problems were part of a citywide policy allowing such things to happen.
