Defense Claimed Plaintiff Caused Crash by Running Red Light
On Jan. 9, 2019, plaintiff Betty Borges-Colella, 54, was driving on Hood Boulevard, at its intersection with South Oxford Valley Road, in Fairless Hills. As Borges-Colella entered the intersection, the passenger's side of her sport utility vehicle was struck by the front of another sport utility vehicle. She claimed injuries to her neck, back and knee.
