Postal Worker's Injury Not Due to Negligence: Defense
On Nov. 11, 2016, plaintiff Barbara Bittinger, 55, a postal worker, was delivering mail in Bucks County. She claimed that she was opening the rear vertical cargo door of her truck when it suddenly fell onto her left shoulder, injuring it. The door had been repaired three months prior by J & J Auto and Truck Repairs.
