PharmaceuticalsMerck, the New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company, was hit with an employment lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The court action, over alleged discrimination under the ADA, was brought by Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti on behalf of Carlos Perez-Morales. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-02157, Perez-Morales v. Merck & Co., Inc. et al.
