The Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) young lawyers division honored Colin J. O'Boyle, shareholder at Elliott Greenleaf in Blue Bell, with its Michael K. Smith Excellence in Service Award at an awards ceremony during the PBA Annual Meeting in Hershey.
The award is named in memory of a young Philadelphia lawyer committed to providing legal services for low-income people and offering law-related educational programs to students. It is presented to a Pennsylvania young lawyer who, through his or her exemplary personal and professional conduct, reminds lawyers of their professional and community responsibilities.
Active in the PBA, O'Boyle is the immediate past chair of the young lawyers division, vice chair of the plain English committee and a liaison to the PBA House of Delegates for the community and public relations committee, insurance staff attorney committee and the membership development committee.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
