Labor and employment shareholder Kelly Dobbs Bunting of global law firm Greenberg Traurig is scheduled to be a presenter at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) 2022 Annual Conference taking place June 12-15 in New Orleans and virtually.
Bunting is set to present "The Clash of Religious Objection and LGBTQ Rights in the Workplace" at 10:30 a.m. June 14.
She is set to discuss how existing and newly enacted LGBTQ workplace protections interact with employees who object to diversity training or workplace policies based on their religious beliefs as well as The Religious Freedom Restoration Act and other laws.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
