The plaintiff, who worked at Saltz Mongeluzzi for nine years, said in her complaint that she was denied overtime pay in 2020 and undercompensated for overtime work in 2021. But firm founder Robert Mongeluzzi said she never provided a concrete number of hours to be evaluated for compensation.
