Four lawyers from Baker & Hostetler’s intellectual property group have moved to Am Law 200 firm Ice Miller to take advantage of the firm’s flexibility when it comes to negotiating hourly billing rates with clients.

Partners Jacqueline Lesser and Lesley Grossberg have joined Ice Miller’s office in Philadelphia, along with a pair of patent agents; meanwhile, partners Kenneth Sheehan and Fabian Koenigbauer joined Ice Miller’s Washington, D.C., office, along with Sheehan’s paralegal. The move brings the firm’s office in Philadelphia to a head count of seven lawyers and the Washington, D.C., office to 11 lawyers.
