Partner Andrew E. Faust of Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams is set to return as a featured presenter at Lehigh University's Special Education Law Symposium held virtually from June 19-24.
Faust is scheduled to reprise his popular session, "You Be the Judge: Dueling Attorneys, the Facts, and the Law," from 9 a.m. to noon June 20.
"You Be the Judge" showcases a fictitious situation based on common scenarios in special education. Faust is set to be joined by Jennifer Laviano, a Connecticut attorney who represents parents in special education matters, and Ian Spechler, a hearing officer based in the state of Texas.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
