Larmour has been lauded by clients for her extraordinary client service, impressive results and practical solutions to complex matters. These skills have made her indispensable to several of the firm’s largest and most complex investment management clients, including Invesco and Macquarie Asset Management (Macquarie).

One of Larmour’s most notable and groundbreaking achievements includes being an integral part of the team that represented Macquarie in its sizable acquisition of one of the oldest asset management companies in the United States, Waddell & Reed Financial, which closed in April 2021. Larmour, along with Jonathan Kopcsik, and the firm’s team, handled all adviser and fund aspects of this $1.7 billion transaction, including regulatory filings, board consolidation, drafting contract terms, and preparing and orchestrating the proxy statements and related shareholder meetings.
