Rubén Muñoz and the firm's team secured a victory for client Janssen in a case involving a patent directed to a schizophrenia drug that had been challenged by Mylan. The high-profile case developed over two years, starting at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board before proceeding to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and ultimately landing at the U.S. Supreme Court, which sealed the victory for Janssen in January.
