Through Yeh's leadership, the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project (PILP) continued its robust advocacy on behalf of people who are incarcerated, a population subjected to particularly inhumane conditions as a result of the pandemic. As the pandemic continued for a second year, she served as one of the lead attorneys in a class action against the Philadelphia Department of Prisons seeking to mitigate against the impact of COVID and ensure humane conditions.
