In 2021, Perez made significant impacts on Pennsylvania public policy and jurisprudence. In addition to continued work on defending the administration's COVID-19 mitigation orders, he spent considerable time organizing and leading the many internal and external legal teams that have been defending the results of the 2020 General Election.
