Counsel at Stewart Smith on Monday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Zurich American Insurance Company to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, which pertains to disputed property damage claims, was filed by Zenstein Kovalsky Buckalew on behalf of Chickie's And Pete's Inc. The case is 2:22-cv-02513, Chickie's And Pete's Inc. v. Zurich American Insurance Company.
