Financial Services and BankingLawyers at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders on Thursday removed a breach-of-contract class action against LendingClub to Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit, filed by the East End Trial Group, accuses the defendants of charging an exorbitant annual interest rate on the class' loans. The case is 2:22-cv-00932, Strong v. Lendingclub Corporation.
