Defective Tire Caused Catastrophic Injuries: Truck Driver
On Sept. 2, 2014, plaintiff Milford Stevens, 56, a truck driver, was driving east on U.S. Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township. Stevens was operating a 2007 Mack tri-axle dump truck when the front left steer tire failed, resulting in an immediate loss of control.
