There is no need to send complaint dismissal letters to judges that provide no constructive information.

As a judge, over the last several days, I received several letters from the Judicial Conduct Board telling me the complaints against me were dismissed. Obviously, there was some concern opening these letters from the Judicial Conduct Board, but no one will tell us who the complainants were and what they were about. Is this normal practice?
