Hershey was hit with an employment lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The lawsuit, over alleged age-based discrimination, was filed by Keefer Wood Allen & Rahal on behalf of Matthew V. Lichvar. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-01018, Lichvar v. The Hershey Company.
