Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin announced that Zachary R. Morano and Franqui-Ann Raffaele have joined the firm as associates.
Morano is a member of Hamburg Rubin's real estate and land use department. Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney in the Western Pennsylvania for four years where he practiced a variety of civil litigation, such as disputes concerning real estate, landlord/tenant and contracts.
Morano graduated from Duquesne University School of Law with his J.D. During law school, he served as a legal intern for Judge Michael F. Marmo in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and U.S. District Judge Karoline Mehalchick of the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
