An appeal from an attorney fee award in a consumer protection lawsuit has been rejected by the Pennsylvania Superior Court because the brief was found to be inadequate.
The appeal concerned awarded attorney fees for additional hours put in by the plaintiffs' attorneys under the Uniform Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL).
