The former Dechert billing manager who lost her discrimination suit against the firm last month has appealed the case to the Third Circuit.

Looming over the appeal, filed July 8, are the legal troubles of plaintiff Celiena McClelland’s own lawyer, who was charged last month with two counts of fraud for allegedly diverting $750,000 from his former firm, Sacks Weston.
