Mark Alan Sentenac, Susan Clare, and Ryan Kearney from King & Spalding have stepped in to defend AbbVie and Allergan in a pending product liability lawsuit. The action, filed May 31 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by McKenna & Associates P.C. on behalf of Brian Gillespie and Jennifer Gillespie, contends Jennifer was diagnosed with Myeloma from the defendants’ SERI surgical scaffold. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge W. Scott Hardy, is 2:22-cv-00806, Gillespie et al v. Sofregen Medical, Inc et al.
