Mark Alan Sentenac, Susan Clare, and Ryan Kearney from King & Spalding have stepped in to defend AbbVie and Allergan in a pending product liability lawsuit. The action, filed May 31 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by McKenna & Associates P.C. on behalf of Brian Gillespie and Jennifer Gillespie, contends Jennifer was diagnosed with Myeloma from the defendants' SERI surgical scaffold.
