Di Prato joins the firm's commercial transportation practice and is based in the Philadelphia office.
Di Prato focuses his practice on defending clients in claims pertaining to cargo and maritime matters, including defending trucking companies in wrongful death and bodily injury cases, regulatory and contractual disputes. He handles cases involving large multinational engineering and service companies in property damage, subrogation and premises liability matters.
