Clothing retail giants American Eagle Outfitters and Walmart returned to federal court on July 15 to continue their over two-year litigation for the similar back pocket stitching design appearing on both brands’ line of denim jean products.

U.S. District Judge Marilyn J. Horan of the Western District of Pennsylvania denied American Eagle’s request for summary judgment against Walmart for trademark infringement.
