Melanie J. Foreman, associate in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been elected vice president of the Temple American Inn of Court, a legal association devoted to excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility and legal skills.
Previously, she was treasurer of the association.
A member of Marshall Dennehey's casualty department, Foreman focuses her practice on litigation related to products liability, premises and municipal liability and commercial transportation.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
