The federal judge overseeing antitrust litigation against a number of egg producers determined a defendant that prevailed at trial could tax $182,690 of disputed legal costs to the plaintiffs.

The July 29 decision, the third the court has issued on the cost dispute, wraps up the post-trial spat over plaintiff Rose Acre Farms Inc.’s bill of costs by granting the defendant’s demand in part.
