Morgan, Lewis & Bockius partner Michael L. Kichline and associate Emily S. Kimmelman have entered appearances for dermatology drug company Verrica Pharmaceuticals and certain top executives in a pending securities class action. The case, filed June 6 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Glancy Prongay & Murray and attorney Frank R. Cruz, accuses the defendants of failing to disclose factors that caused the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to reject Verruca's new drug application.
