Kimmelman have entered appearances for dermatology drug company Verrica Pharmaceuticals and certain top executives in a pending securities class action. The case, filed June 6 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Glancy Prongay & Murray and attorney Frank R. Cruz, accuses the defendants of failing to disclose factors that caused the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to reject Verruca's new drug application. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg, is 2:22-cv-02226, Gorlamari v. Verrica Pharmaceuticals, Inc. et al.
