Pennsylvania labor, employment, and workers’ compensation law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson has announced that Jordan Lewis has joined the firm as of counsel to focus on large-scale employment matters.

Lewis focuses much of his practice on class-action suits against the misclassification of workers as “independent contractors” in the gig economy. A litigator for more than 30 years, he has secured victories for his class-action clients. Lewis has represented thousands of FedEx drivers challenging their status as independent contractors and several thousand Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) drivers in wage disputes.
