Stuart Sostmann, co-chair of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin’s construction injury practice group, said as the 2022-23 president of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, he plans to take a deeper look at what is lost when lawyers rely too much on remote technology.

Sostmann spoke with The Legal Intelligencer about his concerns about what virtual proceedings may mean for the next generation of litigators, as well as what PDI is doing to support young lawyers entering the field.
