A lawyer who was convicted of insider trading in 2016 was granted reinstatement to the practice of law Aug. 11, but two justices noted their dissent in the per curiam order.
The order granting the petition for reinstatement for Herbert Sudfeld, a former partner with Fox Rothschild followed the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board's recommendation, which said Sudfeld demonstrated he is qualified to resume his legal work.
