Are your "standard" documents printed new every time, or does your medical authorization show the signs of having been copied a few too many times? You know, the text is fuzzy, the document appears a bit tilted, and looks like an intake form that your doctor's office has been using since the 1980s.

When was the last time you reviewed your firm's "standard" fee agreements? Or your "standard" engagement letters? Or any of the other "standard" items you send to new clients, or to clients when certain events occur in their matters.
It could be your letter explaining that the client's deposition was scheduled, or perhaps that the client must attend an "independent" medical examination. Or possibly a letter explaining some other important event that will take place.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
