An accident that at first looked like a fender bender gave rise to a $1.8 million personal injury verdict Tuesday.
A jury in the Philadelphia suburbs determined a 2017 vehicle collision in which no passengers initially appeared to be hurt ultimately caused plaintiff Thomas Stevenson to suffer debilitating spinal injuries.
