Attorney Casey Alan Coyle recently joined Babst Calland as a shareholder and member of its litigation group and will be based in Harrisburg.
Coyle concentrates his practice on appellate law and complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in state and federal appellate courts, with a particular emphasis on appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
In addition, he has presented oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and Pennsylvania Superior Court.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
