Littler Mendelson filed a trade secret lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of Karndean Designflooring. The suit targets competitor Happy Feet International and former Karndean employee Mark S. Robbins for allegedly misappropriating confidential information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-01295, Karndean International, LLC v. Robbins et al.
