Stacy Clark, host of "Legal Talk" on MLTV21, recently interviewed two lawyers from Klasko Immigration Law Partners—partner Andrew Zeltner and associate Maria Mihaylova—on what is really going on behind U.S. companies' hiring of foreign nationals for much needed members of the workforce.

In the interview, they addressed: how businesses, from startups to large companies, can benefit from hiring foreign nationals and how doing so will help ease the U.S. labor shortage; which industries traditionally most benefit from finding top foreign talent to help them succeed; the numbers supporting how many successful U.S. companies are led by immigrants; why the notion that foreign nationals are taking away U.S. jobs is not accurate; upcoming legislative developments possible in Congress this year; how the pandemic has affected immigration and processing times; and immigration focusing on individuals including students, relatives and investors.

Zeltner and Mihaylova are based in the firm's Philadelphia office. They handle an array of corporate immigration matters including those involving the processing of permanent resident applications (green cards) on behalf of multinational corporate and individual clients, including labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.
