As one of the fastest-growing industries in the United States, the cannabis industry continues to experience rapid growth. As of 2021, cannabis sales reached $26.5 billion and are expected to reach $33 billion by the end of this year. With increasing consumer demand and new legal markets opening up every year, the cannabis market has a projection of $100 billion by 2030, according to Business Insider. The industry's growth also comes at a time when technological innovation has led to rapidly accelerating digital transformation. In light of the current surge of emerging technology, the cannabis industry is poised to be revolutionized, providing unparalleled opportunities for cannabis business owners.
