Twin City Fire Insurance Co. filed a complaint for declaratory judgment Wednesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The suit, against paving and construction company Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc., seeks a ruling that Twin City has no duty to defend or indemnify Hawbaker Inc. in connection with underlying criminal and civil actions related to the theft and misuse of over $20 million in wage benefits. The suit is backed by Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-01485, Twin City Fire Insurance Co. v. Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc.
