Patient Tripped Over Curb, Not Bricks, Hospital Contended
On April 24, 2019, plaintiff Romana Roman, 69, was walking to a doctor's appointment at Temple University Hospital, in Philadelphia. She claimed that she tripped and fell due to broken and uneven brick pavers on the hospital's walkway. Roman suffered a hip fracture.
