Attorneys and staff from Capehart Scatchard, along with family members, participated in the third annual 5K Walk/Run to End Homelessness on Sept. 24.
The event, benefitting Joseph's House, a homeless shelter in Camden, New Jersey, was held at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, New Jersey.
Capehart Scatchard was a Bronze Sponsor of the 5K event. Team Capehart, composed of 15 walkers and runners, took first place in the amount of funds raised by a team. Workers' compensation department associate, Daniel Klementowski, took fourth place overall in the race.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
