McNees Wallace & Nurick announced that Ashley Nichols Weber and Michael Stoll joined the firm's real estate and construction and procurement law groups.
The second construction attorney based in the McNees Lancaster office, Nichols Weber combines her previous time working as an associate at McNees with her network of community relationships and in-house counsel experience to offer clients a steady hand with their legal needs.
Most recently before rejoining McNees, Nichols Weber served as corporate counsel for Clark Associates, a family of Lancaster-based companies leading the food service industry in the business-to-business distribution of equipment and supplies. Prior to that, she worked for Saxton & Stump where she maintained a practice focused on the construction and insurance industries.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
