Dilworth Paxson partner Elizabeth Preate Havey was appointed general counsel and secretary, effective Sept. 23, to the National Constitution Center.
This appointment follows Havey's January election to the board.
Havey is a transactional attorney specializing in public and project finance matters involving tax-exempt and taxable bond issues for a range of issuers, including municipalities, authorities, school districts, private universities and hospitals.
