Insurance LitigationRad Power Bikes was sued Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court for property damage allegedly caused by a faulty electric bike. The lawsuit, brought by De Luca Levine LLC, claims that plaintiff State Farm Insurance's insured suffered extensive fire damage due to the product's malfunction. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-03941, State Farm Fire & Casualty Company et al v. Rad Power Bikes, Inc.
